These terms explain the practical rules for using QuotePing, including accounts, subscriptions, customer information, and responsible use.
Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, subscribing, or using QuotePing, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and must provide accurate account information. QuotePing is operated under the ITworks business name.
What QuotePing provides
QuotePing helps service businesses record open quotes, schedule follow-ups, draft messages, and track outcomes. It is an organisational tool. We do not guarantee that a reminder will be delivered, answered, or result in a sale, booking, or specific amount of recovered revenue.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity performed through your account. Contact support@quoteping.online promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
The QuotePing Solo plan is billed at the price, currency, and interval shown at checkout. Paddle processes paid purchases as merchant of record and may send payment, tax, activation, renewal, and cancellation communications.
You may cancel through the secure billing tools in your QuotePing account, the management link in your Paddle receipt, Paddle Buyer Support, or by contacting support@quoteping.online. Cancellation stops future renewal after it takes effect but does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Customer information and communications
You control the information you enter about your customers. You must have a lawful reason to store and use it, keep it accurate, and comply with privacy, direct-marketing, and messaging laws that apply to you. You decide whether and when to send every suggested message.
Acceptable use
You may not use QuotePing to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsolicited, or harmful communications; infringe another person's rights; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorised access; or interfere with the service. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep QuotePing available and reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of material changes that negatively affect paid use.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, QuotePing is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated here. We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost opportunities, or decisions made using suggested messages. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service develops. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Questions, billing requests, and complaints can be sent to support@quoteping.online.
